摘　　要：随着我国进入老龄社会,老年人口增长,疾病、失能率和残障率必将迅速增加,老年医疗保健任务艰巨,如何发挥中医优势、培养中医老年病医学人才是一个很大的课题。中医老年病科有其自身特点,需结合老年病科特点和学生特点进行临床带教。As China entering the aging society, the aging population is increasing, diseases, disability and disability rate will increase rapidly. The task of geriatric medical care is arduous. How to play the advantages of Chinese medicine and how to train the geriatric medical personnel of Chinese medicine is a big issue. The traditional Chinese medicine geriatrics has its own characteristics. It needs to be combined with the characteristics of geriatrics and the characteristics of students to carry out clinical teaching.
