中医药院校提高医学免疫学教学效果的思考

摘　　要：医学免疫学是生命科学中的前沿学科,在中医药院校,学生普遍反映学习这门课程难度较大。本文探讨了医学免疫学教学工作中的一些体会:(1)重视第一次课的教学;(2)将知识点前后联系、融会贯通;(3)做好理论联系实际;(4)恰当运用教学方法;(5)改善成绩评价体系。通过做好以上几个方面激发学生学习的兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性,有效提高医学免疫学教学质量。Medical immunology is the frontier subject in life science, and students in university of Chinese medicine generally reflect the course is difficult. This paper discussed some experiences in medical immunology teaching as follows： attaches great importance to the first class teaching; to connect and integrate knowledge points; completes the theory with practice; proper using of teaching methods, and to improve the performance evaluation system. Through the above several aspects to stimulate students ＇ interest in learning, it aroused students＇ enthusiasm for learning, and effectively improved the teaching quality of medical immunology.
