医学专业实习生在药房实习的带教模式的思考

摘　　要：药房实习是临床医学专业学生充实所学的药学理论知识,并将药学、医学知识和临床相结合并融会贯通的重要实践阶段,该阶段教师的带教与管理成效直接关系着医学实习生临床合理用药能力的提升,故至关重要。笔者综合多年临床医学实习生带教实践与经验,就如何改善医学实习生带教管理,提升带教质量谈谈自己的几点体会。Pharmacy practicing is an important stage for medical students to enrich their pharmacological knowledge and to comprehend the pharmaic, medical and clinical skills. During this period, teaching and management quality are critical for students to promote the clinical medication skills. With long-time teaching experience, we will share our opinions on how to improve the management of student education and teaching quality.
