浅谈妇产科临床带教问题的对策

摘　　要：临床带教是医学教育的重要组成部分。该文分析了目前妇产科临床带教中存在较多的共性问题及解决这些问题的方案,如换位思考医患关系,提高沟通能力;遵守医院规章制度,带动学生积极性;加强师资建设,改变传统教学模式等。目的是为了提高妇产科临床带教质量,培养妇产科高层次人才。Clinical teaching is an important part of medical education. This paper analyses the common problems in the clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics and the solutions to these problems, such as empathy between doctors and patients, improving communication skills, following hospital rules and regulations, leading students ’ initiative, strengthening the construction of teachers,changing traditional teaching patterns and so on. Aim is to improve the quality of clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics,cultivating high-level talents of obstetrics and gynecology.
