摘 要:副溶血性弧菌广泛存在于近海岸的海水、海底沉积物以及鱼虾、贝类等海产品中,是一种重要的食源性致病菌。在我国沿海地区,由副溶血性弧菌引发的食品安全事件数量已经跃升食品中毒事件的首位。因此,为了提高水产品中副溶血性弧菌的检出准确率,降低食物中毒的风险,有必要建立快速、准确、灵敏的检测副溶血性弧菌的方法。目前,除了传统的检测方法外,分子生物学和免疫学等快速检测方法已成为副溶血性弧菌的主流检测技术。本文主要综述了分子生物学和免疫学快速检测方法在副溶血性弧菌检测中的应用现状,并对未来的发展前景作了展望。Vibrio parahaemolyticus (V.parahaemolyticus) is widely distributed in coastal water, submarine sediment and marine life, including fish, crustaceans and molluscs, and it is one of the most important foodborne pathogens. In the coastal areas of China, the number of food safety incidents caused by V.parahaemolyticus has jumped to the top of food poisoning cases. Therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of detection of V.parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and reduce the risk of food poisoning, it is necessary to establish a fast, accurate and sensitive method. At present, in addition to the traditional detection methods, molecular biology and immunology have become the current mainstream detection technologies. This paper introduced the rapid detection technologies of V.parahaemolyticus mainly including molecular biology and immunology and prospected the prospective development trends.
