摘　　要：食品生产许可资料审查、现场核查作为食品企业获得生产许可证的关键环节,其规范性直接关系到整个行政许可的质量。为了准确了解食品生产许可审查方式,解析申请者申报困惑,介绍了食品生产许可审查概况及变化,提出审查清单列入的书面资料审查、"申报书+现行审查细则"现场核查项目、"自我打分+自我整改"的预审查等工作,查漏补缺,确保现场核查顺利通过,并进一步提出建立食品标准和审查体系、现行食品生产许可审查细则修改项目及优化生产许可流程等建议,努力提高许可审查效率。The data examination, on-site verification as the key part of food enterprises license are directly related to the quality of administrative licensing. Describe the present situation of food production license review and change to accurately understand the food production license examination way and parse applicants declare confusion. Put forward documents review of the checklists, and ＂declaration and current review＂ for on-site verification project, ＂self rating and self improvement＂ for pre-review work, leak fill a vacancy and ensure the inspection, further propose the system such as food standards and examination, and modify the project of the current food production license examination rules and process of optimize production and so on, enhance the efficiency of the licensing examination in an all-round way.
