摘 要:以3种大顶苦瓜种质为材料,经气相色谱-质谱分析研究种子脂溶性化学成分及相对含量差异。结果表明,不同材料间脂溶性化学成分种类和相对含量存在一定程度的差异。从Y128、Y129和Y135中分别鉴定出22、25、19种化合物,分别占脂溶性总量的93.39%、80.00%、76.51%。1种脂溶性化学成分为Y128中特有。4种脂溶性化学成分为Y129中特有。5种脂溶性化学成分为Y135中特有。其中主要化学成分为杜英甾醇、25,26-二氢杜英甾醇、γ-生育酚和维生素E为苦瓜种质资源评价和产品开发利用提供依据。Take 3 kinds of broad-shoulder bitter gourd as test materials, the seed liposoluble constituents and relative contents were identified by GC-MS. The results showed that there were some difference about the liposoluble constituents and relative contents among these germplasm. 22, 25 and 19 compounds were identified in Y128, Y129 and Y135, accounting for 93.39%, 80.00% and 76.51%, respectively. 1 kind of liposoluble constituent was peculiar to Y128.4 kinds of liposoluble constituents were peculiar to Y129.5 kinds of liposoluble constituent were peculiar to Y135. The main chemical components were Elasterol, 25,26-dihydro elasterol, 7-Tocopherol and vitamine E. It could provide basis for the evaluation, development and utilization of bitter gourd germplasm.
