摘  要:研究植物精油和消毒剂对常见鱼病病原菌的抑制效果,通过抑菌圈法确定复配1号精油、复配2号精油、山鸡椒精油、芹菜精油、香茅精油、强氯精和纳必净对水体微生物的抑菌活性,同时通过直接接触法检测其对5种常见鱼病病原菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果显示:复配1号精油的抑菌和杀菌效果最好,无论是对霉菌还是细菌都表现出强抑菌活性;芹菜精油对不同的微生物表现出不同的抑制效果,对细菌特别是单胞类细菌表现出强抑菌活性,但对霉菌表现出低抑菌活性;在消毒剂中,纳必净的抑菌活性效果最好,但在其推荐的最大使用量时,仅仅与效果普通的精油的抑菌活性相同。The bacteriostasis effects of plant essential oils and disinfectants on common pathogenic bacteria of fish were researched. According to the method of inhibition zone, the bacteriostasis effects of No. 1 compound essential oil, No. 2 compound essential oil, litsea cubeba essential oil, celery essential oil, citronella essential oil, Qianglujing and Nabijing on microorganisms in water were determined. At the same time, the method of direct contact was used to detect MIC and MBC for five common pathogenic bacteria of fish. The results showed that No.1 compound essential oil reacted strong sensitivity both in fungus and bacteria and had the best effect of bacteriostasis and sterilization. Celery essential oil showed different bacteriostasis effects on different microorganisms, strong sensitivity to bacteria, especially unicellular one, and low sensitivity to fungus. Nabijing had the strongest sensitivity in all disinfectants, but it only had an almost same effect with regular essential oils when it was recommended as maximum dosage.
