摘 要:2017年3月31日,日本文部科学省颁布了新的《小学校学习指导要领》(简称《新要领》),《新要领》与现行的《要领》相比发生了较大的变化。全面、深入分析日本小学理科课程改革的背景与动因、基本方针以及改订的要项等,发现日本新订小学理科课程目标强调"资质与能力"的培养、课程结构强调基本概念结构化、课程内容强调"面向社会的课程"、学习方式强调"主体性、互动式与深度"的主动学习,为我国小学理科课程改革提供参考和借鉴。On March 31, 2017, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan issued new" Primary School's Learning Guidelines for Science "(hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines").The new "Guidelines" and the existing "Guidelines" have many changes. Analyzing the background and motivation of the revision, the basic principle of the revision, and key revisions of new " Primary School's Learning Guidelines for Science of Japan" comprehensively and depthly found that the objectives of science curriculum in new Japanese primary schools emphasize the training of qualification and ability, the curriculum structure emphasizes the structuralization of basic concepts, the curriculum content emphasizes "social-oriented courses" and the learning styles emphasizes the Active learning that concludes "subjectivity, interaction and depth" learning, which can provide reference and reference for the reform of science curriculum in elementary schools in our country.
