摘  要:本文以移动通信技术专业为例,分析了目前校企合作人才培养出现的问题,针对问题提出信息类现代学徒制的人才培养模式的构建与实施策略,即构建以行业专业指导委员会、学校、合作企业三方为主体,校内工作室、企业岗位为平台,实际工作项目为载体,逐步实现学生由"学生→学徒→准员工→员工"四位一体的身份转变。通过专业3个年级为研究对象进行实施,在双师型师资队伍建设、高职移动通信技术职业技能大赛、专业对外服务、就业率、就业对口率方面取得了较好的实践效果,值得推广。Taking mobile communication technology as an example, this paper analyzes the problems that arise in the current training of university-industry cooperation talents and puts forward the strategy of constructing and implementing talents training mode of information-based modern apprenticeship, that is, building a professional guidance committee, schools and cooperation Three parties as the main business, the school studio, business posts as a platform, the actual work project as a carrier,and gradually realize the students from the"student → apprentice → prospective staff → staff"four-in-one identity change.Through the implementation of three major professional subjects, it has achieved good practical results in the construction of double-qualified teachers, vocational and technical competitions for mobile communication technology, professional foreign service, employment rate and employment ratio, which is worthy of promotion.
