摘　　要：凡事预则立,不预则废。大学生职业生涯规划指导是当前土建类高职院校学生工作重点,也是提高学生社会竞争力的关键路径之一。本文试图通过分析学院目前指导学生合理规划自己的职业生涯发展方向的现状,为进一步帮助学生提高自身综合素质提供解决办法。Forewarned is forearmed,without prejudging the waste.Career planning guide for college students is currently the focus of civil engineering students,but also to improve the social competitiveness of students one of the key ways.This article tries to provide solutions to further help students improve their overall quality by analyzing the present situation that colleges and universities are guiding students to plan their career development direction rationally.
