摘　　要：介绍了超高压灭菌技术的原理与特点,论述了国内外超高压灭菌设备的市场应用及发展前景,指出了超高压灭菌技术存在的问题及改进途径。This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of ultra high pressure sterilization technology,discusses the market application and development prospect of ultra high pressure sterilization equipment at home and abroad,points out the existing problems of ultra high pressure sterilization technology and its improving way.
