摘  要:概化理论乃方差分析与传统的真分数理论有机整合发展出来的一种信度理论,它是现代心理、教育和行为测量的重要技术之一。以某高校25名参加教学范式改革实验教师的评教结果为数据,借助概化分析软件mGENOVA,分析了评教问卷的信度。结果显示:该问卷概化系数理想,但可靠性指数低于可接受水平;问卷因子"教学效果"对教学水平区别度最高,"教学内容"次之,而"教学技能"和"教学方法"区别度微小,且测量误差较大;调整问卷权重,可以使其概化系数与可靠性指数同时达到理想水平。Generalizability Theory is a reliability theory which develops from the integration of Analysis of Variance and the traditional True Score Theory. It is one of the important theories in modern psychological, educational and behavioral measurement. Based on 25 records of evaluation of college English teachers who have participated in the teaching paradigm reform experiment of a university, this paper analyzes the reliability of the questionnaire used for the evaluation. The result shows that the questionnaire has a satisfactory generalizability coefficient, but the index of dependability is below acceptable level; among all the components of the questionnaire, Teaching Effect is best in differentiating between different levels of teaching quality, and Teaching Material comes next, while Teaching Skill and Teaching Method have little differentiating power, both having a large measurement error; and adjusting the weight of each component could result in satisfactory generalizability coefficient and index of dependability.
