摘　　要：酒店管理概论是酒店管理专业的核心基础课程。该课程的开设对酒店管理专业的后续专业课程具有重要的引导作用。在我国酒店管理的高等教育中,传统的酒店管理概论主要是一种以理论授课为基础的教学方式,实践性教学较少列入到该课程的整体教学计划中。实践性教学在酒店管理概论应用上的难点突出反映在专业理论教学和实践性教学的有机结合上。完善现有的校企合作机制和促进校企双方目标的一致性依然是我国酒店管理专业高等教育亟待解决的重要难题。Introduction of hotel management is the core course of the major of hotel management. The set up of this course will have a guiding function for the subsequent courses of this major. In higher education of hotel management in China,the traditional introduction of hotel management is mainly a method of theoretical instructions. These methods of practical instruction are rarely enrolled in the whole plan of the instruction of this course. The difficult points of application for this course in method of practical instructions mainly reflect in the combination of theoretical and practical instructions. It is still the key challenge to complete the cooperative mechanism and promote the consistency of the objectives for the institution and enterprise for the higher education of hotel management in China.
