互联网背景下的高职院校职业礼仪与职业道德培养路径探析

摘　　要：在经济与互联网的飞速发展下,现今社会上对人才的需求不断扩大,同时也对职业礼仪与职业道德提出了更高的要求。而作为我国重要的人才培养基地,高职院校在开展教育时,也应积极顺应当下素质教育改革的趋势,加强对学生职业素养的培养,从而向社会提供更多高素质的人才。因此,本文就针对互联网背景下高职院校职业礼仪与职业道德培养教育的必要性以及培养路径进行了探析,希望为其提供有效的参考意见。With the rapid development of economy and the Inter-net, the present social demand for talents is constantly expanding.At the same time, higher demands are placed on professional eti-quette and professional ethics. As an important talent trainingbase in China, higher vocational colleges should actively followthe trend of quality education reform nowadays and strengthenthe cultivation of students＇ professional qualifications so as toprovide more high-quality talents to the society. Therefore, thispaper analyzes the necessity and training and education path ofprofessional etiquette and professional ethics in higher vocationalcolleges in the background of the Internet, hoping to provide ef-fective reference for them.
