摘　　要：马来西亚拥有发达的华文教育体系,形成了相对完整而专业化的华文师资培养体系。系统地梳理了马来西亚本土华文师资的培养现状,分析了华文师资培养过程中存在的问题及其原因,进而提出发展对策,以期促进马来西亚及东南亚其他国家本土华文师资的发展。Malaysia has developed a quiet well-formed Chinese educational system,and a relatively complete and professional Chinese teacher training system.By analyzing the current situation of Chinese teachers cultivation in Malaysia systematically,the article explores the problems and causes in the process of cultivating Chinese teachers in Malaysia,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of local Chinese teachers in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.
