摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义文化思想集中体现了中华民族伟大复兴的全面性、协同性和包容性。围绕"什么是中国特色社会主义文化,怎样发展中国特色社会主义文化"的时代命题,以习近平同志为核心的党中央科学阐明了新时代中国特色社会主义文化的客观构成;突出强调了新时代中国特色社会主义文化的实践本质;明确指出了新时代中国特色社会主义文化发展的总体要求、坚持原则及价值旨归。在认知新时代中国特色社会主义文化生态、丰富马克思主义文化发展理论、开创中国特色社会主义文化发展新境界的同时,也为坚定中国特色社会主义的文化自信提供了根本理论遵循。Xi Jinping cultural thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era characterized the comprehensiveness, inclusiveness and coordination of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Focused on what is new era socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and how to develop it, the Central Committee of the C.P.C with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core clarifies the basic composition of culture, exposes that practice is the essence of culture, points out the general requirement, the basic principle and the core value and the development of the culture. It helps to recognize the culture ecology, enrich the Marxism about culture development, creates a new realm of socialist culture development with Chinese characteristics and provides a fundamental theory to strengthen the cultural confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
