摘  要:教学技能水平提升将有效促进师范生的专业发展,研究师范生教学技能评价具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文运用问卷调查法和访谈法对物理师范生教学技能现状进行调查研究,结果表明,物理师范生对提升自身教学技能具有积极态度,但教学技能水平有待进一步提高。造成物理师范生教学技能现状不理想的原因主要有课程开设不合理、师范生实习教育不够完善、教学设施条件差、教师的素质与指导需提升、师范生的从教愿望不够强烈、师范生教学技能学习匮乏、自身努力程度不够等。建议从合理规划课程设置与实习教育、改善教学设施条件、提高教师的素质与指导、端正师范生学习态度及调整价值取向等方面促进物理师范生教学技能水平提升。The improvement of teaching skills will effectively promote the professional development of normal students,and it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the evaluation of teaching skills of normal school students.Therefore,the present situation of the teaching skills of physical normal students was investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results demonstrate that physical normal students have a positive attitude to improve their teaching skills,but the teaching skills need to be further improved.Main reasons accounting for this phenomenon includes unreasonable curriculum plan,incomplete internship of the normal students,poor teaching conditions,inferior teachers'quality and guidance,inadequate teaching desire,short of teaching skills and insufficient efforts.Accordingly,to promote the teaching skills of physical normal students,the suggestions are proposed that we should plan the curriculum and internship reasonably,perfect the teaching facilities,improve the quality of teachers and guidance,correct the normal students'learning attitude and adjust their value orientation and so on.
