摘  要:科学技术是我国食品安全工作的必要支撑。"十五"至"十二五"期间,在5亿余元国家科技计划专项经费的支持下,我国的食品安全科技取得了长足进步,基本构建了我国食品安全科技的创新体系。本文从风险评估、监测预警、检测溯源、应急处置以及技术集成示范等方面进行分类归纳,提炼出自"十五"以来我国在食品安全科技领域取得的重要成就。同时,从全球食品安全现状及技术创新趋势出发,对未来我国食品安全科技的发展方向进行了展望,以期给我国政府部门及相关科技人员提供可借鉴的信息和思路。Science and technology are the necessary supports for food safety works in China. During the period of "tenth five-year plan" to "twelfth five-year plan", with the support of the national science and technology program of more than 500 million yuan, China's food safety technology has made great progress, and the innovation system of food safety science and technology has been basically constructed. This paper classified and summarized the risk assessment, monitoring and warning, detection traceability, emergency management and technology integration demonstration, extracted the important achievements of China in the field of food safety science and technology since the "tenth five-year plan". At the same time, this article prospected the future development direction of China's food safety technology from the current situation of global food safety and the trend of technological innovation, with a view to provide reference information and ideas to our government departments and relevant scientific and technical personnel.
