摘　　要：德国职业教育一直被世界各国当作典范来学习和借鉴,那么到底它有哪些特别之处值得引起关注呢?通过对德国职业教育,尤其是"双元制"职业培训的分析,对比我国职业教育的情况,期望获得借鉴和启示。German vocational education has been a model for countries all over the world. What is the specialty of it？ Through the analysis of the vocational education in Germany, especially of its dual system of vocational training, the paper compares it with the vocational education in China for China＇s reference and improvement.
