摘  要:高校人才培养与企业人才需求存在信息不对称,以至于高校开设人力资源管理专业课程与教学模式存在缺陷。人力资源管理是一个实务操作性极强的专业,《薪酬管理》是人力资源管理专业的核心专业课程。基于此,在分析《薪酬管理》课程教学现状及存在问题的基础上,提出《薪酬管理》课程教学改革对策,以便为日后教学提供建议。There exists inconsistent information between the collge talent training and the talent demand by enterprises, which results from the defects in the teaching model of human resource management in colleges. Human resource management is an extremely practical and highly operable profession with Salary Management being as the core specialized course. Based on this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the teaching reform of Salary Management based on analyzing its teaching status quo and existing problems in order to provide suggestions for future teaching.
