摘 要:在高等教育大众化进程中,基于高等教育评估以寻求高等教育质量的提升已然成为共识,以"大数据"分析为质量发展提供"循证"成为了重要的研究逻辑。当下民族地区高等教育规模正逐步扩大,"学生学习收获"正是衡量高校质量的重要评估指标,研究通过对X大学本科学生就读经验调查,结果发现本科生学习收获整体呈中上水平且在性别、专业、民族、高中班级属性等不同背景变量上呈现群体差异,回归数据说明学生背景变量对学习收获的解释度偏小,而学生参与度是影响学习收获的重要变量,由此学校应将学生差异视作教育资源,促进各族本科生充分利用高校政策与资源参与到更多有益的大学活动中,提高学生"学习收获",进而推进少数民族地区本科人才培养质量的提升。In the process of popularization of higher education,it has become a consensus to promote the quality of higher education by evaluation,and using big data analysis to provide evidence for quality development has become an important research paradigm.At present,as the higher education in the minority areas is gradually expanding, "students'achievement"is an important indicator to measure the quality of colleges and universities.Based on the investigation on the students'experience in X university,this research shows that the achievement of undergraduates is above average level on the whole,and there are group differences in different background variables,such as gender,major,nationality and class of high school.The regression analysis shows that the contribution of the student background variables to the student achievement is very small,and students'participation is an important variable on influencing student achievement.Therefore,the differences among students should be regarded as educational resource,and students from different nationalities should make full use of university policy and resources to be involved in more beneficial activities,thus improving students'achievement and promoting the quality of talent cultivation in minority areas.
