论独立教育学院的转型发展

摘　　要：当前,独立教育学院生源不足、招生困难,自身存在很多不足,发展缓慢,而转型发展有缺乏相关体制机制的保障。这主要是因为教育行政主管部门对独立教育学院政策支持不够,独立教育学院在市场经济条件下办学滞后,思想观念陈旧,转型意识不强。独立教育学院实现转型发展,应强化与其他普通高校合并重组的可行性,从学历补偿教育向技能型人才培养转变,同时要依据教育行政部门和教育主管部门的要求承担相应的任务和项目,办出特色和水平。At present, independent education colleges have a lack of student resources and difficulty in enroll- ment, many shortcomings of their own and slow development, and what＇s more, lack of the guarantee related to insti- tutional mechanisms in transformation and development. It is mainly because the administrative departments of educa- tion have not enough policies to support for independent education colleges and they have the outmoded ideology and weak transformation consciousness after running school in the market economy. To achieve transformation and develop- ment, independent education colleges should strengthen the feasibility of the merger and reorganization with other col- leges, change from the degree-compensation education to skilled-talent training, and meanwhile undertake correspond- ing tasks and projects according to the requirements by the administrative departments of education so as to run schools with their own characteristics and standards.
