体育师范生参加说课面试的误区与对策

摘  要:体育说课是一个新的教学环节、一种新的教研形式和能力考查手段。体育师范生要成为一名体育教师,就必须从一年一度的招教考试、说课面试中脱颖而出。当前,体育师范生在参加体育说课面试时还存在着诸多认识上的误区:把说课当作简单的复述教案、把说课与讲课混为一谈、贪大求全重点不突出、忽视了对辅助教学设施的有效运用等,严重影响到就业。师范院校体育专业要运用说课研究成果,搞好专业建设和课程建设;邀请专家、学者做专题报告,提高体育师范生对说课的认识;定期开展说课竞赛活动,引起体育师范生对说课的高度重视;通过教育实习,提高体育师范生的说课能力;结合招教考试,针对性地进行体育说课培训,提高体育师范生的临场应变能力。It is a new teaching l ink, teaching and research form and ability test method. In order to become a basic physical ed-ucation teacher, a normal physical education student must stand out from the annual entrance examination and interview. At present, there are many mistakes in the understanding of physical education normal students when they take part in the interview of physical education lecture, such as using it as a simple retelling lesson, mixing it with the lecture, neglecting the focus of the great demand and neglecting the effective use of auxiliary teaching facilities, which seriously affects employment. Normal physical education colle-ges should apply the results of the study of speaking lessons to do well in professional construction and curriculum construction, to invite experts and scholars to make special reports to raise the awareness of sports normal students. Regular speaking competition ac-tivities, sports normal students pay great attention to the speaking class. Through the educational practice, it enhances the sports normal student1 s speaking ability. Combined with the entrance examination, the training of sports speaking class is carried out perti-nently, so as to improve the ability of the sports normal students to improvise.
