摘　　要：现代学徒制作为校企合作协同育人模式已经越来越成为职业院校所推崇的教育方向,各职业院校也在积极进行教学改革,尝试教学方法、教学过程和考核方式的变革,但与之相悖的是,企业作为现代学徒制最大的受益方反而并没有做出积极响应,形成了一种院校和行业企业之间"外冷内热"的尴尬局面。Modern apprenticeship has become the education direction advocated by vocational colleges and universities more and more.The vocational colleges are also actively carrying out the teaching reform,attempting the transformation of teaching methods,teaching process and examination methods.Contrary to this,however,as the largest beneficiary of modern apprenticeship,the enterprise has not responded positively and has formed an embarrassing situation of＂cold outside and warm inside＂between schools and industries and enterprises.
