基于资源多元视角的宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区发展对策

摘　　要：在资源论视角下,葡萄酒产业因其特殊的资源依赖性和共享性,其资源被分为基础资源、二阶资源和高阶资源三大类。该研究从多元资源视角出发,分析宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区的发展形成机制,对宁夏葡萄酒产业基础资源、二阶资源、高阶资源进行了现状评价,并进一步分析了多元资源间的融合机制存在问题。结果表明:宁夏基础资源状况良好,区内发展不均衡;二阶资源很厚实,但产区竟合、支撑性机构和配套设施上要加大投入力度;高阶资源发展迅速,需要时间积淀,资源类型间的融合能力不强。根据分析结果提出了推动宁夏葡萄酒产业发展的对策和建议,以期能更好的发展资源、利用资源、融合资源,促进宁夏葡萄酒产区更快、更好的发展。From the perspective of Resources Based View （RBV）, the wine industry resources are divided into basic resources, second-order resources and high-order resources according to its special regional resources dependence and sharing in the study. From a multi-perspective of resources, the study evaluated the current development status of the Ningxia wine industry in basic resources, second-order resources, high-order resources, it further analysed the problems of integration as well as interaction among these three modes of resources. The analysis showed that the basic resources in Ningxia were in sound condition but with unbalanced development status, second-order resources were solid but more investment was called in regional competition ~ collaboration, wine related institutions and infrastructures. Regarding high-order resources, the Ningxia wine industry needed to be patient since the high-order resources needed accumulation through time. The study further pointed out that the integration of different kinds of resources in the Ningxia wine industry were still under weak condition. Based on the analysis, the study proposed countermeasures and recommendations for the further development of the Ningxia wine industry through better develop ment, use and integration of regional resources.
