卓越农林人才培养的探索与实践——基于“卓越农林人才教育培养计划”的实证分析

摘　　要：卓越农林人才是我国发展现代农业的基础和关键。对近几年实施的"卓越农林人才教育培养计划"进行了实证分析,探讨卓越农林人才内涵及知识、能力和素质结构,在全面掌握卓越农林人才培养现状和存在问题及分析原因基础上,提出要加强宏观指导和政策支持、创新人才培养模式、加强师资队伍建设、完善课程体系、搭建实践实习平台、不断推进人才培养国际化等。The cultivation of outstanding talents in agriculture and forestry is vital and fundamental for China to develop modern agriculture.＂Training Program of Excellent Agriculture and Forestry Talents Education＂fits for the urgent needs of talents in agricultural and forestry area. Based on the analysis of connotation,knowledge,ability and quality constitution of the talents in agriculture and forestry,this study summarizes and evaluates it by combining with the implementation of the progress and problems. Furthermore,the study suggests the strategies to develop the cultivation of talents,which include strengthening macro-guidance and policy support,innovating training mode of talents,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the curriculum system,building a practical practice platform and promoting internationalization and so on. The study expects to provide the idea for in-depth development of the program.
