摘  要:目的:探究以岗位胜任力为导向的临床学科教学质量评价方案,为临床医学人才培养、考核评价提供参考依据。方法:以妇产科学常见的产前保健章节为研究内容,采用文献法和德尔菲法拟定教学质量评价指标体系,运用层次分析法分配指标权重。构建了3个一级指标、9个二级指标、19个三级指标的教学质量评价体系。结果:经观察组与对照组的调查评价和比较研究,本评价的部分指标在两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过岗位胜任力为导向的教学评价,可以指导教师的教学过程,引导培养学生隐性胜任力,不断提高教育教学质量。Objective To study the competency - oriented teaching quality evaluation system in clinic subjects, and provide references for talents training and evaluation on clinical medicine. Method One chapter was chosen from Obstetrics and Gynecology as the research content. Teaching quality evaluation index system was constructed by document research and Delphi method, which was weighed by Classing Analyzing Method. Results There had significant differences in some indexes between the observation group and control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The competency - oriented teaching quality evaluation system can lead the teachers' teaching process, guide the training of students' recessive competency, and continuously promote the quality of education and teaching.
