摘　　要：在临床医学专业认证的背景下,如何培养好医学生的医患沟通能力是我国当前高等医学教育发展的迫切需求及必然趋势。文章通过比较分析国内外医患沟通教育模式的不同之处,从而探寻国内教育模式存在的问题,结合我国临床医学专业认证的背景及高等医学教育的基本国情,对医患沟通教学模式改革的价值进行探讨。Under the background of clinical medicine professional certification, it is an urgent need and inevitable trend of cultivating medical students＇ ability to doctor- patient communication in the development of higher medical education in China. The differences of doctor - patient communication education model at home and abroad were comparatively analyzed. Based on which, the existing problems of domestic education model were explored. Combined with the background of clinical medicine pro- fessional certification and status of higher medical education in China, the value of reform on teaching model of doctor - patient communication was analyzed.
