摘　　要：目的：探讨药用活性成分白藜芦醇和绿原酸对结肠癌细胞侵袭与迁移的影响。方法：采用Transwell小室法研究白藜芦醇、绿原酸及其二者的混合液对结肠癌细胞株LOVO侵袭迁移能力的影响。结果：分别加入白藜芦醇和绿原酸溶液培养48 h后,结肠癌细胞的侵袭和迁移率与空白对照组相比均显著降低;当加入同浓度的白藜芦醇与绿原酸混合溶液处理后的结肠癌细胞,其侵袭和迁移率较单方使用白藜芦醇或绿原酸的更低。结论：白藜芦醇与绿原酸联用对结肠癌细胞的抑制具有协同作用,为白藜芦醇和绿原酸在抑制结肠癌细胞方面的天然药物开发提供技术基础。Objective： To explore the active pharmaceutical ingredients resveratrol and chlorogenic acid effects on invasion and migration of colon cancer cells. Methods： Transwell chambers method was applied to detect inhibition rate of LOVO cell line with resveratrol,chlorogenic acid and their mixture. Results： The invasive and migratory rate of colon cells were reduced significantly in comparison to that of blank control under adding resveratrol and chlorogenic acid solution after 48 hours. It was more significantly reduced under adding a combination of resveratrol and chlorogenic acid solution in equal concentrations. Conclusion： Resveratrol and chlorogenic acid have synergistic effect on the inhibition of colon cancer cells. They provide technical basis for natural medicine development of resveratrol and chlorogenic acid in terms of the inhibition of colon cancer cells.
