基于研究生创新能力培养的教学改革

摘　　要：提升研究生在硕博培养阶段的教育质量是实现双一流大学建设的关键点之一。药学类研究生是一个具备一定专业知识和科学素养、接受过高等教育、心理素质发展相对成熟的学生群体,其创新能力和创新意识在药学基础研究和行业发展当中都发挥着至关重要的作用。从药学研究生学制改革建设、PBL教学模式的深化、创新创业教育三方面阐述创新教育教学改革举措。It is one of the key points to improve the quality in higher postgraduate education in realizing the construction of "Double First-Rate University". Pharmacy postgraduates are a group of students with a certain degree of professional knowledge and scientific literacy,who have received higher education and whose psychological quality is relatively mature. Their innovative ability and innovative consciousness play a vital role in the basic research and industry development of pharmacy. The paper elaborates on the details of innovative educational reform for pharmacy postgraduates from three aspects: reform of pharmacy postgraduates educational system,deepening of PBL,teaching mode and the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.
