摘　　要：随着我国食品行业的快速发展,消费者对食品"色香味"的要求越来越高,食品添加剂俨然已经成为现代食品中不可或缺的重要组成部分,其对食品的外观、色泽以及口感等的改善起到了举足轻重的作用,然而违规使用食品添加剂会产生严重的食品安全问题。文章以食品添加剂为中心,论述了其功能和目前存在的安全问题,并提出了具体的解决措施。With the rapid development of the food industry,the demandson color,aroma and taste of food are enhanced dramatically.Food additive has become an indispensable part of modern food,which plays an important role in improving the appearance,color and taste of food.However,illegal application of food additives can cause serious food safety problems.Taking food additives as the center,expound their functions and existing safety problems,and put forward the concrete solutions.
