摘  要:民办高职院校科研实力的壮大离不开青年教师科研素质的提升。要提升青年教师的科研素质,首先要从内外部因素去分析其对青年教师科研素质的影响,但不管是内部因素还是外部因素,青年教师的科研素质都与其所处的科研软环境密不可分。这里的科研软环境是指以人为因素的诸多人文环境的总和,包括科研制度与管理、科研学术氛围、科研文化氛围、人才的流动等等。民办高职院校要通过改善科研软环境来促进青年教师科研素质的提升。The strength of scientific research in private vocational colleges is inseparable from the improvement of young teachers' scientific research quality. In order to improve the quality of their scientific research,firstly,it is necessary to analyze the influence of the internal and external factors on the research quality of young teachers. But whether internal or external factors,the quality of young teachers' scientific research is inseparable from its soft environment. The research soft environment here is the sum of human factors,including the research system and the management of scientific research,atmosphere scientific research,culture atmosphere,talent flow and so on. The private vocational colleges should improve the scientific research soft environment to promote the young teachers' scientific research quality.
