摘 要:目的对荆门市某单位食堂因咸鸭蛋中副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒进行病原学检测分析,为内陆地区有效防控副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒提供科学依据。方法运用描述性和分析性流行病学方法对事件流行特征和危险因素进行分析,按照GB 4789.7—2013《食品微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》对24份样品进行副溶血性弧菌检测,对分离的菌株进行血清学试验和毒力基因(tlh、tdh、trh)检测。结果在咸鸭蛋、患者肛拭子、呕吐物、凉菜砧板等标本中检出7株副溶血性弧菌,分离的7株菌血清型均为O3∶K6,tlh、tdh毒力基因均为阳性。结论这是一起由咸鸭蛋中副溶血性弧菌污染而引起的食物中毒。Objective Pathogenic study of a food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus from contaminated salted duck eggs in a canteen unit of Jingmen was carried out to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods Epidemic characteristics and risk factors of the current case were analyzed by using descriptive and analytical epidemiology methods.Twenty-four isolated samples were conducted for the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus according to the Food Microbiology Test of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(GB 4789.7—2013),and serological test and virulence gene(tlh,tdh,trh)analysis of the isolated strains were also performed.Results Seven strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in salted duck egg,anal swab and vomits of patients and chopping block.The serotype of all isolated strains were O3∶K6,tlh gene and tdh gene were all positive.Conclusion This food poisoning was caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination in salted duck eggs.
