摘  要:以芋头为原材料在单因素试验结果的基础上,采用三因素五水平的CCD响应曲面设计。结果表明:芋头中检测铅时,铅含量的最大湿法条件为:预消解时间1.6 h,消解温度124℃,硝酸加入量11.5 mL。该条件下芋头中铅的含量最大检测数值为0.096 mg/kg,响应曲面法优化芋头中重金属铅检测的前处理方法是合理、可行的。Depending on the single factor experiments, taro was used as materials to optimize preparation technology of heavy metal lead detection in taro by using response surface methodology involved a three leves, five variable CCD design. The results of optimum detection of heavy metal lead were as follows: digestion time 1.6 h, digestion temperature 124 ℃, nitrate content of 11.5 mL. Under these conditions, the average detection of taro was the maximum value of 0.096 mg/kg. The optimization of optimize preparation technology of heavy metal lead detection in taro was reasonable and feasible.
