摘　　要：本文从历史和现实两个维度剖析了现代学徒制困难产生的原因及由此产生的问题,提出现代学徒制模型概念。并通过我校模具专业现代学徒制的推进过程,总结出推进现代学徒制人才培养模式的对策,借以抛砖引玉。From two dimensions of history and reality, this article analyzes the difficulty and the causes aswell as the resulting problems of the modern apprenticeship. Through the process of modern apprenticeshipin the mold specialty of our school, it summed up the countermeasures to promote the training mode ofmodern apprenticeship, which could provide a reference.
