摘  要:日本新一轮中小学教师评价制度改革以促进教师能力整体提升为核心目标,以促进教师评价与学校管理深度融合为发展目标。在关注教师的年度业绩、从教能力及情感态度的同时,强调教师个体发展目标与学校组织发展目标的和谐统一,要求管理者(校长)对学校发展目标有清晰的认识和定位,能够指导教师制定并实现与学校组织发展目标和谐统一的个体发展目标。The core target of the new reform of the teacher evaluation system which has been carried out in Japan is to promote teachers' ability and its' development target is to promote the integration between the teacher evaluation and the school management. So the teachers' Annual performance,teaching ability, emotion attitude and promoting the combination between the teachers' individual development goal and the organizational development goal is stressed.the manager ( principal ) is required to have clear understanding and positioning of school development goals, can guide teachers to formulate and achieve the individual development goals which is Harmony and unity with the school organizational development goals.
