摘　　要：介绍国内外生物医学命名实体识别的研究现状,详细阐述生物医学命名实体识别的技术方法,包括基于词典和规则的方法、基于机器学习的方法、混合方法和神经网络方法以及相关测评组织和标准,总结中文生物医学命名实体识别难点和意义。The paper introduces the study situation of biomedical named entity recognites in and outside of China, elaborating on the technical method of biomedical named entity recognition, including method based on dictionaries and rules, method based on machine learning, mixed method, neural network method and related evaluation organizations and criterion, and summarizes the difficulties and significance of Chinese biomedical named entity recognition.
