大学文化视野下开放教育资源发展的目标与路径

摘　　要：作为一种大学文化产物,开放教育资源与大学文化有着天然的紧密关系。从大学文化的认识论和政治论来分析,可以明确开放教育资源发展目标与大学文化使命在本质上的一致性,厘清以大学文化为导向的开放教育资源发展路径,即面向全体大众(公共知识、公共服务和公共角色)、面向资源共享(理念宣扬与政策制定)、面向知识开放(来源开放、应用开放和开发开放)、面向先进文化(理念先进、内容先进和方法先进)。大学文化能够潜移默化地融入到办学思想和育人理念中,典型如学术典藏库便可承载大学的文化影响力,在自由共享精神的引领作用下持续推动学校教师的成果展示,在开放包容精神的凝聚作用下促进大学成员的共同成长,在自由平等精神的规范作用下创建公平公正的学术资源配置环境,在自强不息精神的激励作用下不断提升学术资源的利用效率。As a product of university culture,open educational resources and university culture have a natural affinity.Epistemological and political analysis of university culture can help clarify the essential unity between the goals of open educational resources development and the commitment of university culture as well as the path of its development oriented towards university culture.University culture can integrate into the educational ideas and educational philosophy.The typical case is the Xiamen University Institutional Repository.It carries the university＇s cultural influence,persistently promoting teachers＇achievements in the spirit of free sharing,promoting common development in the spirit of openness and inclusiveness,creating a fair and impartial academic resource allocation environment in the spirit of freedom and equality,and upgrading the utilization efficiency of academic resources in the spirit of unremitting self-improvement.
