高职院校旅游管理专业“双师型”教师队伍建设问题的研究——以黑龙江旅游职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：黑龙江旅游职业技术学院是黑龙江省唯一一所公办旅游高职院校,旅游管理专业是黑龙江省第一批教育教学改革试点专业、国家央财支持重点建设专业、黑龙江省高等职业教育重点专业、国家示范专业、省级示范院校重点建设专业,旅游管理专业教学团队为省级优秀教学团队,双师型教师比例达100%。本文以黑龙江旅游职业技术学院为例,详细论述了高职院校旅游专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的具体做法和措施,以期为其他高职院校旅游专业"双师型"教师队伍建设提供参考。Heilongjiang College of Tourism is the unique public higher vocational tourism college in Heilongjiang province.Tourism Management Major is the first experimental major for education and teaching reform in Heilongjiang province; the key construction major supported by national finance; the key major of higher vocational education in Heilongjiang province; the national demonstrative major; the key major of provincial demonstrative college. The teaching team ranks to provincial excellent level which is composed by 100% double-professionally-titled teachers. The article takes the example of Heilongjiang College of Tourism and illustrates specific methods and measures in detail on double-professionally-titled teacher team construction of tourism management major in the higher vocational college in order to provide certain reference for double-professionally-titled teacher team construction for other tourism majors of higher vocational colleges.
