摘  要:目的探讨内分泌实习教学过程中启发式教学结合"以问题为中心"教学法(PBL)的应用效果。方法选取2013级临床医学专业74名学生,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组37名学生。实验组学生采用启发式结合PBL进行教学,对照组学生接受传统教学方式教学。教学结束后,学生统一接受考试测评和问卷调查,评估两组学生的教学效果。结果与对照组学生相比,实验组学生考试测评成绩及对教学的满意度均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论启发式结合PBL教学法应用于内分泌科临床见习有利于提高学生的学习积极性及对知识的掌握程度,在见习教学过程中效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of the application of PBL combined with heuristic method in clinical teaching of endocrinology. Methods 74 students in grade 2013 clinical medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 37 students in each group. The students in the experimental group were taught by heuristic method combined with PBL. The students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching methods. After the end of the teaching, the students accepted the examination evaluation and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups of students. Results Compared with the students in the control group, the students in the experimental group had higher scores in examination and teaching, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Thecombination of heuristic teaching and PBL pedagogy applied to the clinical practice of endocrinology is conducive to the improvement of students' enthusiasm for learning and the mastery of knowledge.
