摘　　要：文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴,文化强民族强。文化自信是中华文化绵延流长的内在动力和源泉。文化自信作为十九大报告文化建设的总纲领,涵括了古今中外的时空维度,是"更基础、更广泛、更深厚的自信",是中华民族繁荣兴盛的不竭动力。新疆文化作为中华文化的有机组成部分,在文化自信的统领下,正努力实现传统文化的现代化。文本基于文化与文化自信,新疆传统文化与现代化的关系,提出了以文化自信促进新疆传统文化现代化进路:留住一个"根",立住一个"魂",把住一个"创",夯实一个"力"。Culture is the soul and spirit of a nation. A nation prospers only when its culture thrives. Cultural self-confidence has always been the driving force for the Chinese nation. Confidence in our own culture, as described in the 19th National Congress of CPC Report, is a ＂more fundamental, broader and deeper form of self-confidence＂, which is a powerful source of strength that inspires the Chinese people to pursue prosperity. It is in this context that Xijiang is seeking to modernize its traditional culture. Based on the relationship between Xijiang traditional culture and its modernization, this paper argues that the modern transformation of Xijiang traditional culture must be achieved through self-confidence in our own cu-tture, that is, we must preserve the ＂root＂ of tradition and keep its ＂spirit＂, while we drive for modernization with ＂innovation＂ and ＂strength＂.
