摘  要:目的了解达州市果蔬和茶叶中农药残留(以下简称"农残")污染现状,及时发现食品安全隐患,为食品安全监管和居民健康饮食提供科学依据。方法监测达州市108份蔬菜、水果和茶叶样品中杀虫杀螨剂、杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂3大类农残。结果 1份小白菜灭线磷超标,其余样品中农残均合格;各种农残检出率:杀菌剂为89.65%,杀虫杀螨剂为58.21%,植物生长调节剂为33.33%,样品中农残含量均在国家限量值范围内。农残检出率2016年较之2015年有下降趋势(χ~2=4.13,P=0.042)。结论达州市受检的108份蔬菜、水果和茶叶中农残总体较低,基本在国家限量值范围内,可安全食用,建议市民购买的蔬菜科学清洗、水果削皮后食用,可降低农残对人体健康危害的风险。开发高效、低毒的生物农药,有效监管农药生产、经营和使用,保障群众食品安全。Objective To understand the pollution status of pesticide residues in fruits,vegetables and tea in Dazhou and detect food safety problems timely,so as to provide scientific basis for food safety supervision and residents' healthy diet. Methods Pesticide residues including insecticides,fungicides and plant growth regulators in 108 vegetables,fruits and tea samples in Dazhou were monitored. Results Ethoprophos in all the samples were qualified except in 1 piece of pakchoi. The detection rates of fungicides,insecticides(acaricides) and plant growth regulators meeting the national standard were 89. 65%,58. 21%and 33. 33%. The detection of pesticide residues in 2015 showed a downward trend compared with that in 2016(χ^2= 4. 13,P =0. 042). Conclusion The pesticide residues in 108 samples of vegetables,fruits and tea are lower than the limited value of the country in Dazhou. Vegetables and fruits after scientifically cleaning or peeling will be safe to eat. It is necessary to develop biological pesticides with high activity and low toxicity to reduce the health risks of pesticide residues and supervise the production,operation and use of pesticides to ensure food safety.
