摘　　要：医学院校中理学专业基础课程是涵盖传统的专业基础课程,是面向护理学、检验和营养学等相关理学专业学生的基础医学整合课程。它涉及人体各系统、器官和组织细胞形态结构与功能和调控以及代谢与基因调控。文章对理学专业基础课程建设的理念、课程定位、教学内容以及目标进行了分析,进行了课程建设的可行性和教学方法的探讨。The basic courses of science majors in medical colleges and universities are covered by traditional basic professional courses and are basic medical integrated courses for students of science majors such as nursing science, examination, and nutrition. It involves the morpho- logical structure and function of cells, organs and tissues of the human body and its regulation and metabolism and gene regulation. This ＇article analyzes the concept, course orientation, teaching content and objectives of the basic curriculum construction of the science major, and discusses the feasibility and teaching methods of the curriculum construction.
