摘  要:传统的医学教育和住院医师培训中沟通、合作、伦理和心理社会学内容的培训相对不足,在充分调研后,组成了一个多学科临床教师组成的教学团队,初步建立基于住院医师需求的医学人文关怀培训实践课程。共170人次的住院医师参加了培训,尝试了小组讨论、观看视频、情境模拟、分享体验等方式,体验了医学人文关怀、基本沟通能力、突发事件的处理等方面的经验、实践和反馈。住院医师的反馈显示95.6%对课程表示满意(130/136),而且被调查者表示均愿意参加进一步的实践练习(100%,27/27)。本研究探索了新形势下住院医师医学人文关怀教学的模式。Traditional medical education and resident training are relatively inadequate in the communication, cooperation, ethical and psy- chosocial content training. After full investigation, a teaching team composed of multi-dlsciplinary clinical teachers is formed to initially establish medical humanities based on the needs of residents. Caring training practice courses. A total of 170 residents participated in the training. They tried group discussions, watched videos, situation simulations, shared experiences, and experienced experiences, practices, and feedback on med- ical humanistic care,basic communication skills, and handling of emergencies. Resident feedback showed that 95.6% were satisfied with the course (130/136) and the respondents stated that they were willing to participate in further practice exercises (100% ,27/27). This study ex- plored the model of medical humanistic care teaching for residents in the new situation.
