摘　　要：以在线开放课程为主题,阐述了在线开放课程教学模式的转变,介绍了在线开放课程的特点及设计,重点以"西餐工艺基础"课程为例,讨论了内容设计的方法,为同类课程的建设提供了参考依据。Based on online open courses as the theme,expounded the transformation of online open teaching mode,this paper introduced the characteristics and design of online open courses,the key to western technology foundation course as an example, discussed the content design,provided reference for the construction of similar courses.
