摘  要:为响应党的"十九大"号召,深化院校医学教育改革,提升医学生解决临床实际问题的能力,本教研室将PBL教学法与案例教学法相融合,引入医学影像学见习课程的教学实践中。打破传统教学中以教师讲授为主的传统,以学生的主动学习为主,以解决医学案例中的问题为导向。通过教师课前给出设计案例、学生查找资料、分组讨论、共同分析总结等四阶段的教学过程,使学生有展示自己能力的机会,能充分调动学生的主动性和积极性,同时也缩短了医学影像学理论教学与临床实践的距离,提高了医学影像学见习课的教学效果。In response to the call of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,deepen reform ofthe colleges of medical education and boost the skills of medical students to solve practical problems,we will combinedthe PBL teaching method and the case teaching method to the teaching practice of the trainee lesson of medical imaging.To break the tradition of teaching mainly by teachers in traditional teaching,students' active learning is the main priorityto solve the problem in medical cases.Via the design case is given before class by teacher,students look up information ondatabases and the Internet,group discussions,analysis and summary process,not only causes the student to have theopportunity to demonstrate their ability,fully mobilize students' initiative and enthusiasm,but also shortens the distancebetween theoretical teaching and clinical practice,improves the teaching effect of medical imaging practice class.
