摘　　要：果蔬贮藏实验教学对食品科学与工程专业等相关专业学生的专业能力的培养起到至关重要作用。果蔬贮藏实验课程教学效果的优劣,直接关系着食品科学与工程专业等相关专业学生的培养质量。本文结合近年来的教学运行情况,针对实验教学中发现的问题与不足,对果蔬贮藏实验课程教学改革进行探讨,以期提高学生的学习兴趣,锻炼提升学生的综合素质,提高课程的教学质量。The experimental teaching Fruit and vegetable storage course plays a crucial role food science and engineering major and other related major.The quality of the teaching will directly effect on the quality of the cultivation of students.In this paper,according to the operation situation of teaching in recent years,the teaching reformation of fruit and vegetable storage experiment was discussed in order to improve the cultivation of students and improve student＇s comprehensive quality.
