摘　　要：针对某SUV座椅鞭打摸底试验成绩较差的情况,通过对试验数据进行分析,明确影响座椅鞭打性能的主要因素有:头后间隙和头枕高度。对座椅设计不足之处进行优化改进,经试验验证座椅改进效果符合预期。Based on the situation that a Great Wall SUV model performed badly in seat whipping test, the test data is analyzed, and major influencing factors are identified as the head-seat distance and the pillow height. Then the seat design is improved , and verified to be effective.
