摘　　要：高职院校科研质量和贡献反映的是科研过程和结果对国家或公众有益的程度,强调的是满足相应层面科研用户的需求。科研用户最基本的需求是又好又快地获得科研"知识产品",推动社会经济的发展。从科研"好""快"以及可持续性的角度,将科研水平的高度、科研发展的速度和科研活动的强度作为科研评价的三个维度,有利于构建以高职院校为评价对象的科研分类评价指标体系。The quality and contributions of scientific research of higher vocational colleges reflect how much the research process and result benefit the public and the country, and emphasize the meeting of needs of relevant research customers. Their most basic needs are to obtain ＂knowledge products＂ well and timely, thus promoting social and economic development. From the quality, timeliness and sustainability perspectives, regarding the height of the scientific research level, the speed of scientific research development and the strength of scientific research initiatives as three dimensions of scientific research evaluation, is advantageous to the construction of the evaluation index system for scientific research classification in higher vocational colleges.
